Circuit; clerked for Justice Antonin Scalia at the Supreme Court; worked in George H.W. Bush administration at DOT and White House; was partner at Sidley Austin in Chicago; went back to DC as Deputy Secretary of Labor; now am General Counsel at Aon Corp.
